Premier Inn at LHR terminal 5 was very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee in the room. Staff at the restaurant, coffee shop and bar were all friendly and helpful. We got to the airport via a bus. The stop was directly across the street and arrived every 20 min.

We were given a handicap room when requested to change they said that’s what we booked. I do not ever recalling a handicapped room.
