Great staff at check in and vacate superb service will use again

We had a great stay. Everything was clean, staff always super friendly. The location was near restaurants and a short walk to the train station.

Nice service apartment. Clean in general but issue with soundproofing with smashing doors, elevator and corridor. Restaurant for breakfast was very good. Location is very nice and overall size of the room vs. Price is value for money

Fab location, really trendy place with a nice vibe. The chap that served us was new (been there 4 days) as lovely, very helpful and gave advice for transport etc. would highly recommend

Unfortunately, we had a very poor stay at the Bermonds Locke, Tower Bridge in London. The condition of the room and the lack of responsiveness from management fell far below reasonable hospitality standards. From the time of check-in, we encountered numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the room. These included: • stained bed linens that raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness and housekeeping standards. • multiple broken lights throughout the room • several electrical outlets that were nonfunctional • a bathroom sink that drained extremely slowly and was not functioning properly What was most disappointing is that we made repeated efforts to resolve these issues during our stay rather than waiting until after departure. We contacted and visited the front desk every day in an attempt to speak with management regarding the condition of the room. We were repeatedly told that a manager would contact us to discuss our concerns. Despite these assurances, no member of management ever contacted us. As a result, we spent the entirety of our stay dealing with unresolved issues while receiving no response from hotel leadership. We have tried several times since our stay to contact customer service to no avail. We are seasoned travelers and this is probably one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.

Lots of space and quiet.

Staff lacked in clear communication and willingness to ensure that their guests had everything they needed. I needed to ask for more toilet paper, needed to put my towels outside my door and go and request towels and toilet paper from the front guest. I just felt that the staff didn’t really bother to help out. The room was nice and large.

Great location and effective a/c as was very hot. The bed was comfortable and our room had useful and adequate facilities. Would recommend.

Nice location. Nice area. Nice space and good facilities in room. Only complain was dirty pans and crockery shoved in the cupboard by previous guests - we had intention of cooking in the room but that was a bit yak! Nice staff. Nice coffee bar. 5 mins from pond bridge and lots a nice cafes and bars on the doors step.
