Very friendly staff, clean modern rooms excellent in-room bath/shower. Beds on the firm side, but 3 different pillow options to suit Japanese and western preference.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean but small. Felt cramped for four adults. Extra towels was discouraged. Not much front desk interaction besides telling you where to checkin using kiosk. Breakfast buffet was good. 20 minute walk to Nagoya station
