Modern hotel, with decent sized rooms. Bathroom on the small side but all requirements met. Very good amenities (free soft drinks and tea/coffee in lobby area) About 10min to Kyoto station walking, 7-11 directly opposite hotel, and a subway station 5min away.

I love the convenience of the location. 4 minutes walking to one of the train stations. 13 minutes walking from the kyoto station. The 7eleven was across the street. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel I have nothing negative to say about this place. There's a laundry mat like 3 minutes away too. 🙂

Quite close to Kyoto station (15 min walk). The rooms are small. The road in front of the hotel was always busy, and the noise could be heard inside the room. The price was fair.

Solo stay

Located a 10-15 minute walk from the station and a 7-11 right opposite which was convenient. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable, and there was a safe, hairdryer, and fridge with complimentary water. My only dislike was the bathroom felt extremely low and sunken when stepping in which made me feel strange as i felt off balance. I was on the ground floor so I'm not sure if its the same for all rooms. Staff were very helpful and had free umbrellas for a day of rain. I also liked that the small lounge area at the front had free drinks served until 10pm - the green latte was lovely!

The hotel is new and very clean. The laundry room was convenient and easy to use. The staff were very helpful at all hours. The room was also very clean and perfect for a few nights in Kyoto. It was also well located being only 5 minutes from a metro station and 10 minutes from Kyoto’s central station.
