This is a 3.5 star hotel. Not. Any services and understaffed. The restaurant was an afterthought by management - zero ambiance and food not great. It was better when it was a Hyatt.

Above and beyond only thing I don't Like is pay to park at the place you've already paid to stay! Other than that 10 out of 10

FRAUDULENT charges and Terrible staff. Paid for a suite and they tried to pass off a room that's not the configuration I paid for. Moved me around twice before finally admitting they didn't have what I paid for. I left in annoyance, after they hung up on me. Also, I gave them my card for incidentals and they have billed me 3 more times including this morning even though I left yesterday. Disrespectful and rude. I've already disputed all the charges.
