Stayed with kids

Keep in mind that you are in Japan so don't expect a spacious room. With that being said, even though the room was a bit tight for my son and myself, everything was five star across the board. The hotel was also within walking distance to the train station, which seemed to be the epicenter of the city.

The check in took almost an hour on January 3 at 3pm, with the queue getting longer every moment. It was extremely frustrating since I was supposed to be somewhere at 4pm, which of course I missed.

Room was way too small for 2 people. AC was stuck on heating and was forced to open the window to cool down the room. Bathroom was so tiny your knees would almost touch the wall when seating on the toilet.
