Great

Stayed with friends

Upon checking in I handed my ID to the front desk employee and then ran my credit card for incidentals. I was surprised I was then charged $1500 for the 5 days I reserved through Expedia and already paid for. I explained to the front desk employee I had already paid through Expedia but she was adamant I did not pay and made no other attempt to confirm that I had. Thankfully I had brought my reservation paperwork where another employee had to intervene and correct the issue. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was nice, but on two different nights I seen cockroaches by the bar on the 2nd floor

Fantastic

Stayed with family

The hotel and property are very nice. The staff is friendly. Awesome beach view from our room. The room didn't get cleaned unless requested so we struggled a little with getting rid of garbage and getting clean towels. Other than that, the hotel was great!

Great

Stayed with kids

Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.
