Tuve una experiencia terrible en este hotel. La habitación estaba extremadamente fría y no había cobijas adicionales disponibles, lo que hizo muy incómodo poder dormir. Intenté llamar varias veces a recepción para pedir ayuda, pero nadie contestó. El servicio al cliente fue completamente inexistente. Incluso tuve que buscar otro hotel para poder quedarme. En general, fue una estancia muy frustrante y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

Please, por favor tienen que arreglar las llaves del agua de la regadera fría y caliente, al menos pinten de azul y rojo la llave correcta, sus obreros invirtieron o equivocaron los colores, y es un gasto de agua 💦 porque no están colocadas correctamente.
