Family room was really nice. Two separate rooms, bunk beds for kids and a luxury bathroom that we weren’t expecting at a Holiday Inn. Restaurant convenient and open late and excellent breakfast buffet included in our room. Next to no parking at the hotel but public parking fairly close for $11.50 for 24 hours. Staff were really helpful and the app to pay is at the front desk and pretty easy to use. We wished we had stayed here for our longer stay in Queenstown a few days later.

This was a great hotel within walking distance to shops and cafes, as well as near the river for a picturesque walk looking up to the mountains. This hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the township of Queenstown; however, it is very close to the airport. Handy for access to joy flights or if leaving early or coming in late. If you want to be close to the action of Queenstown, it’s a bit far out, but if you’ve got a car and can get around then it’s a much cheaper option.

The hotel was generally very good, good location quiet and staff were very nice, restaurant and bar were also good but it has strange house keeping they never came until close on dinner time I have never seen this anywhere before and not just one day which is really inconvenient. Also the gym is down at same level as the car park with no swipe card for entry so anyone could enter so my wife didn’t feel safe also machines faced the wall not the door, they were reasonably old which didn’t match the hotel. I would stay again but hope the hotel makes changes.
