Fantastic

Solo stay

What an absolute delight, start to finish! The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and chatty, genuinely interested in their guests. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are offered most of the day, self service, which is great. The bar was open until midnight and the rooftop terrace offered nice views and another place to sit and relax. The room itself was wonderful! So much attention to detail from the lights around the bed, swing, bluetooth speaker, and small kitchenette. It was wonderful. Check out was easy, just a key drop, but again, very friendly staff upon exit. The location is perfect...three minutes to walk to the train into the city. Honestly, it was the best.

Fantastic

Solo stay

I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. Rioca is amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The room is beautifully designed, comfortable, and incredibly functional. Every inch of the space is thoughtfully planned, making excellent use of the layout. It has everything I needed—a lovely bathroom, nice kitchen with little dining table, a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I also really appreciate the philosophy and mission behind this aparthotel. You can tell the owner pays close attention to every detail, and it truly makes a difference. Everything was perfect, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Munich. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to stay close to the train line and from there you can go anywhere! Also with a kitchenette you can save money on restaurants and cook your own food! I loved that place

We enjoyed this hotel. Very nice e room and great shower. Location was not too far outside of downtown. Only issue was no effective air conditioning during heatwave.

Picture online of the amenities were a bit deceiving. Perhaps I read into it incorrectly . I thought laundry was in suite. It was shared laundry you had to pay for in the basement. Laundry app gave me issues and dryer didn’t dry the clothes. Stayed here specifically for laundry. Staff is extremely friendly here. Property is nice and clean . Breakfasts were great . Coffee offered all day which was nice. We stayed during the weekend and found out we could have parked along the street for free . When I checked in I asked about parking and was told the only parking option was underground for 19 euro per night … if I had kept my car where it was it would have been free . I was annoyed by that. We had a car so getting to places was easy, unsure about location for someone who doesn’t have a car .

Fantastic

Solo stay

I had previously stayed at a Rioca hotel in Vienna and it was excellent so i decided to try the Rioca Posto 3 Munich. I was not disappointed. The Rioca Posto 3 Munich was excellent. It was clean and my room modern and comfortable. The building was quiet and i did not hear any road noise. The shower was amazing with excellent water pressure and hot water. The bar area was great to stop and have a refreshment at the end of the day. The staff were amazing at check in and during my stay. I was very happy with the price of the room. I needed directions on using the U Bahn and S Bahn and the staff helped me every time with simple and excellent directions. The U Bahn and S Bahn are a short walk from the hotel making access to anywhere in Munich very convenient. There is an Italian restaurant about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel and across the street from the restaurant there is a small (limited seating) takeout pizza place. I went to the pizza place once and had some spicy penne and and beer for 11 Euros and it was excellent. I wish i had of found the pizza place earlier. I would stay again at either of the Rioca hotels in Vienna or Munich.

The hotel was excellent, really friendly staff and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind staying bit out of centre. S bahn and other travel was easy so no problem getting around. Rooms were lovely. Really nice seating area, hanging chair and kitchenette facilities.

Fantastic
Staff and facilities were great. The bartenders were all wonderful and gave some wonderful recommendations for local eateries. U-bahn and S-bahn stations are within walking distance. Would recommend and stay again.
