Pool was great. Property was in good shape. Buffet breakfast was just ok.

Clean room, pool was great and breakfast was good

The rooms were very roomy. The pool needed a good cleaning. They need more help for breakfast. Everything was running low or out this morning: no biscuits, no hash browns, no plastic cups for drinks. The selection for what was filled was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The hall carpet needs to be replaced, looks dingy.

This is our third year back at this property and each year we get the same exceptional service. We request for the room we like and we get it. The hotel is our favorite with the pool and all the amenities.

The room is very spacious and clean, A/C works very well and keeps the room cold while blankets are cozy and warm. Breakfast was very nice. Only thing is that the parking lots fill up quick specially if you are planning on arriving late at night

This hotel was great! Very clean rooms (no mildew in bathrooms or air conditioner), breakfast had a lot of different options and the staff were so helpful and very on top of things. Even the 1 man working at the pool bar/restaurant was quick, polite and happy to help even though he was serving many people by himself. My only issue was that housekeeping didn't seem to have the same level of care as the rest of the hotel. We walked into our room finding that no soap was left out at the bathroom sink and a table was left with crumbs on it, obviously not actually cleaned (Gross!) which should have happened for new guests coming into the room. But the front desk staff got on it immediately with housekeeping and these issues were fixed right away.

Breakfast was good,close to Disney

We had a very good experience here. The room was clean and the pool was fun. Staff members were very helpful and attentive ready to give u through any questions. Finally the included breakfast was amazing. Best part you can take your furry babies 😁

The property and the surrounding areas were very nice and clean. The only 2 things I didn’t like that can easily be fixed were housekeeping not cleaning our room entirely and small nit pick of the breakfast area. In our room, the kitchen suite utensils were bent. The shower gels were not refilled, and our garbage was not cleaned. We also spoke with guest services to get two additional pillows (4 total) because the first two were flat. The dining room for breakfast was nice inside. Ofcoarse there will be people and it was overcrowded. Our suggestion for the dining area would be to have breakfast on rotation more frequently. Everyday we were there it was the same food. Change out the high chairs to be less high as it felt like we were hunched over eating at the high table. (The height of the chairs were too high!) Our last suggestion is to have food in areas where there is use of pulling open lids and then pulling them closed instead of lifting them open like a hot pot and closing them (if that makes sense) The property otherwise was fantastic
