Solo stay

No TV, not proper WiFi, no proper hot water, if anything happens to the guest not any attention at all. Check out receptionist don’t care at all. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been stayed. AVOID THIS SH*T COMPLETELY.

Great
We had a positive stay overall. Convenient location near the SGR station. Comfortable bed and great shower. Our dinner ordered from the hotel restaurant was good and came quickly, but we had to eat in our room because the AC was not on in the restaurant and it was very warm. Our booking included late check out which was helpful.

Staff was great. Main room lights don’t switch off unless you remove the card for power and that way the aircon doesn’t run

Great location. Good service. In the middle of the city center ( old part of the city). Many commerces open during the day. At night is not safe to walk around but you can always call a taxi an Uber.

For business

Reliable hot water and cold AC made the stay very comfortable. The in-room safe didn’t work but not a deal-breaker. No AC or fan running in common areas (ie. Lobby) although the machines are standing there. Same for restaurant, although they did turn them on as soon as I sat down for breakfast and cooled quickly, so maybe that’s a plus for eco-conservation!
