Depending on the room you get can be a bad experience. Our room faced the street and traffic and subway noises were horrible. Sleepless night to say the least. Couldn’t switch room since they were sold out. Since we are only staying one night toughed it out. Everything else were ok, service was good thought

There is visible water damage and mold on the wallpaper, and the soundproofing is inadequate as street noise is clearly audible. I suggest these areas be addressed for future guests.

We stayed in Room 1413 facing the street and MRT. It was very noisy at night and we can barely sleep. It’s definitely NOT “Sound Proof” as listed on Expedia website. This kind of false advertising should not be allowed and Expedia must do a better job in verifying hotel listings.
