The place was horrible. The doors didn't even close and the rooms smelled like sewage. Aside from being a walkable distance from Kings Cross, would avoid it if possible. Our clothes smelled of sewage after we left. The staff is very kind especially the gentleman from Brazil. He was super helpful and kind. We can tell they are doing the best they can, but the place needs a lot of work!

Overall we had a great stay here. The staff were really welcoming & friendly. The only complaint I would have is that the door does not lock from the inside which did give me a bit of anxiety. Otherwise no complaints!

This was a last minute booking and I understand we were close to the tube system. Check in process was easy. However, the overall room was not pleasant. I'm not complaining about the size of the room, because yes, it was small and I expecting hat, but the room layout was awkward. We were staying in the basement so we heard the the subway well into the night. The bed was so worn out it was shaped like a banana and you could feel the springs. It was extremely warm down there. The room had an AC unit but no way to turn it on that I knew of. It looked like it was just installed because the drywall in the ceiling was cut out and pieced back. Even though we had the window open, the amount of people smoking outside near by made us keep it closed.

Lots of ants in the room. Bed’s horrendously uncomfortable. Shower was that bad I’d rather not get in it. The tray was split in 2 with a very poor silicone repair holding it together. There’s a coffee machine with no water tank. The staff are great and, Pedro was fantastic when checking us in but, the rooms need a serious overhaul.

Frankly disgusting -dirty wee stained toilet and floor, no soap, shampoo etc,, damp and the wallpaper sellotaped on… total disgrace… plus hat to wait 2 hours for a code to even access this total hole by which time too late to find eslewhere

I want to emphasize that the staff was so great and friendly but they are under heavy construction and straight up falsely advertised our rooms. We did not have a king / queen bed as advertised, the bathrooms were pretty gross and after one shower it left the enter apartment smelling musty. The lock was also extremely difficult to use as well.

Below average Ha, that photo is so far from the reality. My room was so dirty. I don't think anyone has wiped dust in 10 year. All radiators, shaower etc where caked in rust, no point putting your towel to warmup or dry there. Just grim. The advertised safe in the room didn't work, it was locked. I was later told they don't have the key to them. So don't expect to leave any valuables there. It was meant to have a receptionist, didn't see one until I left in the morning. So if you are lone femal traveller looking for a manned hotel, don't go here. I called the number twice given as contact and left a voicemail as nobody answered. NObody ever called me back. Absolutely shocking place.

Below average There were no staff present on arrival.
The room was in the basement and was damp. The rug covering the floor looked very dirty. The bathroom was tiny. The windows were obscured for some reason.
We did not stay and booked into another hotel nearby.
