The whole apartment smells like a choked drain so super smelly.luckily we stayed for a night and checked in late.we checked out 8am in e morning cause we cnt sleep well.

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room assigned to us, we discovered that it had not been cleaned. Towels were scattered throughout the room, and the rubbish bin was still full, indicating that the room had not been prepared for incoming guests. We had to return to the front desk to report the issue, after which we were assigned another room on a different floor. This caused significant inconvenience, as my entire family, including my elderly mother who has mobility limitations, had to carry our luggage and relocate to the new room ourselves. No assistance was offered by the hotel staff, nor was any apology extended for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The television in the replacement room was not properly set up and could not be used upon arrival. We had to contact the hotel and wait for a technician to attend to the issue. Even after the television was configured, only a limited number of channels were available and the signal quality was poor, resulting in an unsatisfactory viewing experience. In addition, we did not feel secure during our stay. It appeared that anyone could enter the hotel and access the lifts and guest floors without the use of an access card or any form of security control. As a result, we felt unsafe and were reluctant to leave our room, particularly at night. Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Air conditioners did not work, reliably. Towels were not clean. Dishes and cabinets had lot of dust as if those were not cleaned for quite sometime.

The hotel is full of renovation smell and hard to fell asleep. On the spot got additional hidden city tax also, which I thought should have been charged when I book. Hotel.com doesn't allow me to post the specific city tax amount

Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a hotel. To have unavailability of basic amenities sounds below expectation. In the end, we were provided with bar soaps for hand washing and toothbrushes were in fact available as well. I suppose the staff needs to be better equipped with their product knowledge in answering to guests’ inquiry as misinformation and miscomm were our biggest disappointing aspect of the experience. Nonetheless, the whole unit was very clean and comfortable to be in for a short stay. It was in fact too large when we booked for stay for 4 (2A2C). The living room kitchenette dining area was really spacious, to our surprise. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would not mind to be back again. This time round, we will know what we need to pack when we were to stay with them again.

Spacious room, big and comfortable bed. Would be great if they can provide more TV channels and clean the room daily.

The Trinidad Suites are at the lower end of a 3-star rating. Whereas the facilities are serviceable and the staff friendly and helpful, the property needs quite a bit more upkeep. Small attention to details will go a long way; for instance.... at the pool, tighten up the wobbly ladder, clean the glass at the edge of the infinity pool so that swimmers can enjoy a view of the harbour rather than look at foggy stained windows, and maintain an adequate supply of towels... at the dining area, if you want your patrons to enjoy an open air breakfast with a nice view, don't leave bags of dirt piled up by the windows leftover from some terrace landscaping job that's probably taking longer than necessary to complete... in the lift lobbies, clean up the facades of the utility closets so that guests don't feel like they've entered a work zone on the way to their rooms... in the rooms, make sure toilet seats aren't yellowing and falling apart, and clean the aircon units so that the air is not so musty. Overall, the hotel will be fine for a 1 or 2 night stay, but it's already suffering from a lack of care and you definitely feel it.

Difficult to communicate, all are Indonesian, don't like, because hv communication problem, not very happy with their service, Im so sorry
