Solo stay

1人旅で宿泊しました。広い部屋でびっくりしました。立地にずっと疑問がありましたが景色が素晴らしくなるほどと思いました。部屋の風呂の温度調節が今ではあまり見ないお湯と水を調節するタイプだったのが残念でしたが夕食朝食も内容が充実しており席もあらかじめ決まっているので余計なストレスもなく満足いくものでした。来てみないとわからないものですね。

5月ですが室内プールの営業はありませんでした。朝食と夕食は付いていますがほぼ毎日同じメニューで連泊なら２日くらいです。夕食が90分、朝食は60分の予約制ですが、インバウンドが多い日は朝食夕食共に良い時間帯が既にありませんでした。温泉は時間帯によっては結構混み合います。特に問題なのがエレベーターで３基のうち1基が止まっており、チェックイン、アウトや朝食夕食の際は結構混み合い待つか階段の利用になるので早目に移動することをお勧めします。

予約済みでこれからチェックイン、という時に急いで問い合わせたいことができて代表番号にに電話をしましたが、自動音声になって「宿泊の予約はインターネットで…」のようなトンチンカンな案内をされたのがとても不便だった。 その他清潔、スタッフさん、部屋や大浴場、素敵でした。 コテージに宿泊しましたが、眺めがきれいで赤ちゃんへの備品も充実していてびっくりしました。

3世代の団体で利用させてもらいました。朝食も夕食も固まって食べれてよかったです。また、遊園地が苦手な子もホテルが近いのでホテル内の漫画等で楽しめたみたいでとてもよかったです。ありがとうございました。
