Fantastic

Stayed with kids

This property was top notch. It is a five minute walk to the Main Street. We took advantage of the fitness center and the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast each morning was super delicious and they had omelettes made to order as well as the buffet. The rooms were very cozy and the hotel lounge was a great place to relax and just enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend this place. We were a party of 4 including two teenagers. They absolutely loved it too.

We booked a budget room and could not have been happier! The hotel is in an excellent location, and our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. We loved the warm pool, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond. Overall, the value for money in Zermatt was fantastic. From top to bottom, this place was exceptionally nice — we’d highly recommend it!

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, ideal location, relaxing pool and hot tubs, great staff, lovely bathrooms, super clean, massive rooms… We couldn’t fault a single thing. Would 100% book the same hotel again when we go back to Zermatt. Thank you for an amazing stay!
