Solo stay

The Bedding is clean and comfortable. The staff are welcome, Jisoo, Doris, Joy, Rechel, Ewen, Nora, Vivian, Renon. The Breakfast are Varity and tasty. Swimming pool is big!

Mona and Ashley are very helpful. I double booked the rooms by accident. They’re very patient and helpful. All staffs are super friendly and efficient! Thank you very much. Love the amenities: Gym, Sunna, steam-room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool. Location: it’s closed to the Sky tower and mall. Definitely gonna come back again!

Surely a beautiful hotel but somehow it felt soooo busy that you could never get the attention of any of the team. The only person who stood out was the Guest Service Manager James who did his utmost to accommodate any request. Location is great when going to the Canton Fairgrounds (10-15 minutes walk).

Hotel is at good location. Love the signature smells, feels like home everytime walk in. Room is a bit older but that's Shangri-la style. Love the outdoor swimming pool and gym. For the price we highly recommended.
