This was my second time staying at the Garden Hotel in Shanghai. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended. Will stay there again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Solo stay

I was blown away by the room. While a bit in the small side, it was a newly renovated and exquisite room. The lighting options were beautiful, the blackout curtains were stunning. The bath and shower were perfect and the bed super comfortable. The view from the room was also stunning. The staff were lovely. I have zero complaints.

This was a truly exceptional hotel! Located in a great area for shopping and sightseeing, it is a modern yet characterful hotel. Service is exceptional, and staff are polite, helpful and courteous. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are super comfy. Our breakfast had an extensive choice, and all the food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!
