This location in cebu doesn't refund as for other locations do most of the time I purchased another stay night before checkout and in early morning didnt need it. Usually they are understanding. Cebu location is strict and does not care. Be careful when booking. They is no refund or care given once they got your money.

I checked out before my next booking. Asked for refund, was denied later that night 9pm. Went back to finish off the night since I was going to pay regardless and they denied it then also. What is up with that?

Right across the mall, you can see the Ayala Centre mall from the hotel entrance. Convenient for public transport or cab hailing. Extremely friendly staff, they have massage chairs at the reception for a small fee. Near eateries, foreign exchange outlet. The rooms are cosy if you have more than one person with luggage, but for the price point, it works well. Short distance to the port if you need to use the ferry, but a distance from the airport. Easy access to the tourist attractions.
