To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the

designated smoking area , all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies,and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms ofsmoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobaccoproducts.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activitydetected in guest rooms or on balconies.Guests will be held liable for anydamage to hotel property or amenities.

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a NT$6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. The hotel also reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages caused. Chargeable pet rooms are available at 1F of Serenity (advanced reservation required due to limited space).

If you book a breakfast-included plan, please note that the breakfast supply method will be adjusted according to the number of diners on site. If there are less than 50 people, the meal will be served in a semi-buffet style. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
