Great

For leisure

Front desk was very helpful and courteous and so did the other employees except the bad experience that happened the second day December 30, 2025. Breakfast was being served but it took longer than usual and the server ignored my request so I have to asked the kitchen myself for vinegar. It looks like if you don’t give a tip during breakfast meal, you will be treated like you don’t exist. We’re tired senior citizens who just want to enjoy our stay but that bad experience of getting our meal last even we’re ahead of the other customers. The following days, we ate outside so not to feel bad for the way they treated us. I gave tips to people who deserve it like the front desk and housekeepers. Josie from the front desk was grateful about it and also the guy who took us to our room. I forgot his name and also the other front desk receptionist who also received my gratitude. Thank you!

Hotel is in poor condition (rotting flooring, tiles missing , general poor decor). Many items not on menu, drinks run out, beer! Staff friendly but everyday a new issue. Rooms are clean.
