great hotel. Luxury level but affordable. Staff excellent knowledgeable and friendly. Gym and swimming pool very good. Buffet breakfast excellent. 10 minute walk to central Sapa village Great service from Ly at front desk. 5 star service from Chris at front desk not only while we were in Sapa but also pre travel while in Canada providing excellent knowledge for transfers and tours.

This was by far our favourite hotel on this trip. The breakfast buffet was incredible in terms of selection, and you can’t beat the view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amazing room amenities and room service was great too. Sapa centre is only a short walk from the hotel also. 5/5 all round!
