Actually what I found negative was the noise from the traffic. It's an old building with a modern lift. The best of the facilities is the roof cafeteria and restaurant open till late. Food and drink was good.
Also the staff was very friendly especially the girl who assisted me in the check in and when I left.
If I go back to Cagayan I will not hesitate
to go back to stay in the hotel.

Great hotel near and in the center of Cagayan de Oro, it can be a little noisy with the traffic, but it’s centrally located to a lot of nice restaurants and other attractions. I recommend.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. No restaurant at the building. Very annoying sounds from water pressure down the 3rd floor. Good thing I was moved to 6th floor. Happily did not add rate to my room. Accessible to transportation.
Tv not good , saved by my laptop. Overall, you get what you pay for. I will come back again if the room is on the 6th floor.

Hotel on very busy crossroads so traffic noise. Tv in the rooms and I had 2 suites they had no aerial or digibox connected and the room wifi would not connect either so totally useless. Table lamp in room did not work either .staff were good but hotel only accepted GCASH or cash on arrival so I couldn’t use my Mastercard even though it is a Philippine bank and a debit card .
However bed was comfy and rooms were clean water was hot and the ensuite had a full size bath . It was good for a one night stay . Pity the tvs are useless though also no food they should link to a local cafe to provide this

The building is old but in a modernist way. It sits on a corner lot with the only space not taken by the building being three car parking spaces and side walk. The intersection could be controlled by lights but instead the traffic is a four way Malay in which horns are used to give warning. The beeps and excelleration by each vehicle either will keep you awake. Or lull you to sleep.Yòu will hear it because the siding is all window. It would be magnificent if the other three corners were pleasant to look at- they are not as if February 2024. I have not had hot water in two weeks of PH vacation so that wasn’t new here. Our corner room had a balcony big enough for a small table for two chairs. The airport is and hour from the city by taxi. We road past the plaza which is decor with colorful lights. We rented a scooter and road to Amaya and had an early dinner. We enjoyed that.

On the morning of my scheduled check in I got an email from Expedia saying the hotel had to cancel my reservation. Presumably because it was overbooked. The same thing happened to my colleague, but she wasn't notified until she arrived at the hotel.

The property was a little bit older, but it was very clean and the staff was excellent. There was some issue with the hot water not working, but Sherina at the front desk was very helpful. The location was kind of busy but convenient. It was a pleasant stay here and I would recommend this hotel for travelers to Cagayan de Oro.

Great Last minute booking in Cagayan de Oro. The location was a bit far from where I needed to be, but this hotel was one of the few with vacancies on that night. Very comfortable mattress, but the tree noise from early in the morning limited my ability to sleep in. Bathroom had an alarming quantity of mirrored walls, made it feel as if I had stepped into a fractal universe. Generally OK though.
