Very friendly and helpful help desk. Check in was very easy and smooth. Beautiful front desk area with Japanese theme decor and ambiance, good for taking pictures and just hanging around. Room was okay, nothing really special but you get what you pay for, not a negative comment but pretty good. To me the best part of overall is,THE FREE PARKING, people know Davao, they’ll know what I’m talking about. I’ll definitely going to recommend this Hotel/Resort to anyone. Thanks.

We did not use our reservation because of the room they give us , the aircondition is bad , not doing good and we saw cockroach inside the bathroom and by the doorway of the room I hope you refund my money..

Ang ganda ng lugar. Kinda takes you to history coz below the hotel was an underground tunnel. The pool is clean and the rooms and the staffs are all friendly.
