Fantastic
Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful hotel with stunning view and great breakfast. The waitstaff was particularly nice, and the woman who cleaned the room left adorable towel sculptures that delighted my daughter.

The room was clean, the grounds were beautiful, staff was helpful and friendly, the omelette station at breakfast was good. It was nice that the hotel provided large umbrellas for use in and out of the property. WiFi did not work in the rooms, only the common areas and that was definitely a problem for trying to make arrangements for activities.

This hotel was well situated and the rooms are very nice will full balconies. Our room was on the second floor right next to the nature trail area so we were able to view birds and a sloth in the tree right above us. The pool areais very nice and we were able to order food and drinks at the poolside bar. The Hotel restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. A variety of tours were available with pick up at the hotel and the spa for massages and mud facials was spectacular. Staff was professional and accommodating.

The food at the restaurant was quite bade. Worst meal we had in Costa Rica. The room furnishings were old and run down. I can’t believe the rooms don’t have a chair. Parking is also a problem if you return late at night. The staff was very uninspiring and seemed bored. Would never stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Luna. We picked this place for the outdoor spa and the hot tubs surrounding the property. Those did not disappoint. All of the staff were very helpful and nice. The property has a mini trail that loops around the spa, and we saw some wildlife on a night hike we did ourselves. The breakfast each morning was a bonus! Things I would change to make the property better are to keep the pool bar open later than 8 PM, allow guests to use the pools until 10PM, check the shower surroundings for cleanliness, and make sure the rooms have enough toilet paper.

Property is a standard stay. Pool is good. But only 1 restaurant. So got bored with the food options. Staff are friendly but had to carry our luggage on our own. Pool and spa is great. Overall a decent stay! I recommend a in room phone or tablet in the rooms.
