Very good location next to Berlin Central station and public transport. Check in is at 3PM, if you like to check in earlier you have to pay 25 euro.There is no free luggage storage , you have rent storage box!! -this was very unusual for a hotel. In our room shower was not draining properly which resulted in flooding floor. We contact the front desk immediately to report this and request service, how ever they don't have technical support on weekend, so nothing was done. The housekeeping never came to clean the room - we have to contact front desk to request service. The bed headboard was disgusting!!! very dirty as it was never cleaned.Free water was provided only at check-in. Over all, ok to stay for 1 night.

There was fairly large stain on the headboard of the bed that was reeking of cigarette smoke. The front desk gave me a new room but didnt comp my stay for the two nights in the room that reeked of cigarette smoke. They also didnt provide the same room set up as I initially booked. They said they would give me free breakfast for the rest of my stay but I was denied entry twice and then finally was able to go for the last 2 days. The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the berlin hbf. The ac was not working very well during the heat wave and they didnt offer free water despite the heat.

Fantastic
The location is perfect, just 200 meters from the Berlin train station. The breakfast is very nice. The shower door was not working properly, but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was very good. There is no gym at the property! The room service is very basic. There was no iron in the room!

Solo stay

Given that Hotels.com had screwed up my reservation, this hotel really helped me out. Arriving late at night, following a long day of business travel, the last thing I wanted to hear was that I have no reservation - due to Hotels.com Initially, the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked. But he worked some magic and found me a room. Thank you so much for going the extra mile Sir!!

Solo stay

The hotel is convenietly located close to Hauptbahnhof. The room was spacious, clean, with a lot of light. The mattress was too soft for may, but may differ. Unfortunately the room didn't have coffee machine. There are blackout curtains, which in specifically this room didn't fully serve the function. Also luggage storage is rather pricy, 2eur/h. Otherwise hotel is nice and can be recommended
