The hotel staff was excellent, especially the young lady who checked us in - very delightful. The location was great. I did not have the breakfast because there were plenty of options nearby. The hotel is located on the longest shopping street in Vienna.

THE PROPERTY HAD NO ROOMS WHEN I ARRIVED, THEY SAID CHEAPTICKETS SHOULD'VE NEVER SOLD ME THE ROOM. THE ROOM WAS UNAVAILABLE, ALL ROOMS SOLD OUT.

At check-in, there was a man and a woman. I clearly arrived before those two guests, but the female receptionist called them both to check in first and asked me to wait there. Then the male receptionist, who had his hair in a braid, pronounced my name in a very strange tone while entering it into the system, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.
