The location is a bit far from the station, yes, it's only about 15 minutes of walking but dragging your luggage on the uneven road can be a bit annoying. It's close to the track so it gets a bit loud non-stop. Lite sleeper beware. Staff can be unfriendly. The bathroom could use extra cleaning.

お風呂が独立していてゆっくりつかる事ができました。お風呂の蛇口にも記載がありますが、50度付近の設定でお湯張りしないと40度くらいにならないので注意が必要ですね。 トイレは洗面と一緒ですが、洗面前にドアがあるので複数名で泊まっても問題ないです。 部屋内も全体的に清潔感があって快適に過ごせました。 線路そばで音が気になるかとは思いますが、私が泊まった線路そばのホテルでは1番音がしないと感じました。ただ、電車の音は聞こえますので気になる方はご注意ください。

Good accomodation for price. Friendly staff. Some other have complained about noise from trian track. I'm not sure if we were lucky with our room but it really wasn't bad for us. Easy to get to from Hakata station and walkable to central Fukuoka. Surprisingly good breakfast!!

The room was clean but small. The sleeping area was small but the bathroom was large. Walking distance to train station was ok. The was a Family Mart close by, but no other shops to shop.
