Host , Jazz and her assistant Letty were terrible. Unkind and not personable. And unwilling to assist. Checkin process was outrageous. The place ok but I received major runaround.

The best part was the lake view balcony. The apartment was nice . The deal breaker is the ridiculous process required to use the pool and recreation facilities. They wanted us to walk half a mile to the farthest part of the property to pay for the pool. For that reaso we will book elsewhere next time
