Solo stay

The elevators need major maintenance. And access to the pool is a major inconvenience: taking one set of elevators down to the lobby to wallk across to another set of elevators to go up to the pool. Ridiculous. And the rug in my room needs a major steam cleaning. Other than that, the staff is great and the location is outstanding.

Unprofessional Staff calling room at 10 pm for breakfast order. Then calling back at 1130 pm for breakfast order because they forgot. Had to unplug phone to not be bothered Cockroaches in room, black mold all throughout 4th floor (took pics)

Suite room has no sofa as shown on picture. Only a queen bed and a chair. Paid for 2 adults and 2 children. They delivered breakfast for 2 only. Pictures on expedia is deceiving. No sofa. No buffet breakfast. No palace vibes in this property
