The hotel was very clean. Front desk as well as breakfast staff were great. Housekeeping was also efficient. Great place to stay with the family. Proximity to Gare de Lyon is a bonus.

Great marble bathroom with Clarins toiletries (awesome scent!). Super quiet room and other rooms doors were quiet (e.g. didn’t hear door slams). Also loved the decoration and location close to Gare de Lyon is excellent.

The hotel itself and the size of room are comparatively small, but that's normal for boutique hotel in Paris, the location is good behind in a small alley from the main avenue, very close to Gare De Lyon, the main station and Metro Thank to Afed, the night manager who has help us to locate a lost storage luggage and upgrade to a better room, prepared a BF for our early departure

La chambre était propre, et l’accueil agréable. Par contre, l’évier et les tuyauteries de douche étaient endommagés par la rouille, et la chambre était plutôt petite pour le prix déboursé. Je ne suis pas nécessairement déçu par mon expérience, mais pas particulièrement impressionné non plus. Surtout lorsqu’on considère qu’un séjour dans les hôtels réputés du secteur sont 50-100 euros de plus par nuit…

Location is amazing to the M1, Gare de Lyon and coulee verte. Room and bath both spacious, clean and modern. Pleasant decor. But the best is a very accommodating and helpful staff. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good and common area light and cheery
