Nicely decorated room in good location but…. Very difficult to locate using address provided and information shared by owner. On arrival, asked to message host but no reply. Called directly and was then buzzed in - another couple with a booking didn’t have the number and were also stuck so shared number with them. A lock box - as we have recently used in other properties in Italy - would have resolved this, especially as there was an additional key as well as the room card inside the room. In the summer heat with bags, it made for a very stressful and uncomfortable arrival. Poor night’s sleep - bed not comfortable though appreciate that this is personal preference -fan/ air conditioning very noisy. Shutters a nice touch to create dark space though. Bathroom nice but shower needs regrouting / sealing as there is mould present. Nice lady delivered breakfast as ordered the night before but this really wasn’t great - squash instead of juice, warm brown water instead of hot chocolate. We have been travelling through Italy down from Milan staying in a variety of accommodation and whilst not dreadful by any stretch, we were expecting more, particularly given other reviews.

The room was nice, updated with a good sized bathroom and balcony. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well although it is the kind that you need to have your room key inserted to keep the power running. There are only two hooks in the whole room though so I’d recommend installing some more to help get clutter out of the way. The room was mostly clean but the floors needed to be mopped as well as vacuumed. We weren’t tracking mud or dirt through the room but you could see that the tile needed to be further cleaned. We did have an ant issue one night after coming back from dinner. There were probably 20-40 ants in the bathroom and room which had come from the balcony door (it was closed properly but they still got in). Breakfast was simple. We were offered the choice of pastry, yogurt, cereal and drinks. You indicated your order the night before and it was brought by staff the next morning. Google Maps sends you up the street in the wrong direction and there is no sign on the street indicating which apartment building the guest house is located in so it was a little tricky to find, especially in the heat. Other companies had signs which I would recommend. It was conveniently located between the main tourist shopping areas, not too far from the beach or the train station.

This is exactly as listed on the property details. Veryyyyy well located, only a 12 min walk from the bus station and a 10 min walk to the shore. We had a great time staying here. The lady who looked over the property and bought us breakfast in the morning was delightful. And we were able to check in pretty smoothly for the most part.

It was such a lovely place to stay! The location was perfect! The only fault is it’s so so hard to find, we used google maps and it’s a room in a block of flats. I had to ask a man at a shop to help us get there and ask Google. I feel like it needs a sign or something to direct guests! But overall lovely room & lovely lady who was so helpful for us, Thank you! :)

Great location, owners and staff always on hand to help, nice short easy 5 min stroll to the main shopping street with plenty of restaurants and bars . 10 min walk to train and bus station. I used the pool next door one day which had nice food and a pool bar, it cost 20 for each person. Will defo return owners and housekeeper were very helpful during our stay, room small but perfect for what you need very clean and safe and the best location.

Our stay in Sorrento was truly amazing from beginning to end. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station, as well as all the shops and incredible restaurants, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The place itself was beautiful and spotless, with everything very well taken care of. Communication with the host was excellent—always quick, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with great options, and having it brought to our room at our preferred time was such a special touch. The lady who took care of the cleaning and breakfast was incredibly sweet and kind, adding a warm, personal feel to the experience. We loved our stay in Sorrento and would definitely come back to this wonderful place!

The young lady who helped me checked in and worked very hard despite our language differences to help me find the property and get into my room. However, there were key details that were left out of the correspondence given to me. For example, though the video was awesome. It didn’t show me or perhaps I missed it in the video when I was watching it, that I needed to go to floor number one. Also, when I used the address that was given to me via Expedia, it took me to the building, but I couldn’t figure out that the door was on the backside of the building. And the video which was sent to me which required me to download another app that I didn’t want. I think it was Pinterest or something didn’t show me that it was at the back. It assumed that I would find that particular retaining wall and then follow the retaining wall around to get to the door. It would’ve been more helpful if it simply stated come to the building notice the insurance agency in the bottom while looking at it moved to your left around to the back of the building and then follow the video from there I mean, it was just really hard to figure out where the door was. The gal who is working with me also sent me a pin a dropped pin that I could use with Google, but it just took me to the alleyway. I didn’t take me back to that door. So I found the check-in process rather frustrating. That said the room was great. It was beautiful and clean and I’m really grateful for the quiet night day.

Good location but check in was awful. Please note that it is a remote check in and no one is on property. Host says they are available 8am to 10pm on What’s App, when we arrived for check in (after check in time) and reached out, the host did not reply for over 1.5 hours as we waited with our luggage. Had to reach out to Expedia to help. No apologies were given either. I would not stay here again due to the difficulty of check in.

Was a nice stay in Sorrento. The check in process was not exactly easy but everything else was good. The woman who cleans the rooms and provides breakfast is wonderful - minimal English but a very warm and welcoming presence.

Very clean and staff was amazing, made us feel like home! Perfect location!
