Fantastic

Solo stay

Little room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. It was also right in the middle of everything I wanted to see in London. I will definitely stay here again!

Good

Solo stay

Upon arrival the staff were helpful. The room was clean - although tired-looking - with numerous scuffs and marks on the walls. The bed was well presented and the bathroom was clean and fitted out to decent standard. However there were a number of things that weren't great. The main one being the the TV didn't work. Took ages to get it to turn on, and when it did there was no aerial for live TV and it didn't appear the TV had any built in apps. I had my laptop, so this wasn't too much of an issue for me personally, but it could have been. A light hung on each side of the bed but neither worked. In the bathroom the toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall and when I came to have a shower in the morning, the shower gel container on the wall turned out to be empty. So a number of relatively small things let the place down, but in terms of location and convenience I'd say it's a good place to stay.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Basic, yes. But probably the most convenient place I’ve ever stayed. Incredibly placed for getting around town. Staff were there on arrival and very helpful.

It felt like a prison and there were no staff. The room was not as nice as the picture it’s advertised as.

Super convenient--literally right next door to the Underground. And the front desk (Jesee?) was really diligent. Strong value for the money.

First of all, the shared bathroom was an issue but it was balanced with the location to attractions! I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Good

Solo stay · For business

Good location, would recommend with family as windows don’t meet hotel health and safety legislation with regards to opening. Shampoo bottle attached to wall where hand soap should be. All liquids in all bottles (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo were identical
