Wonderful breakfast, lots of selections. The only small gripe is when it gets busy in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, the visitors and restaurant staff move about in a disorderly fashion. Weight room, swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were all available. Room is cozy and bathroom is quite fancy and clean. Self-serve laundry would be a plus but unfortunately not available. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wynn wanna be, but service is no where near a five star….reluctant, poor employee morale leads to poor service. Worst “5 star” experience ever. Facility old and not well maintained either. Rarely put such a poor review for any hotel.

Overall it’s 11/10!! Nice staff from the lobby especially point out the bald guy. Very helpful. Nice view, clean room and specious, nice 🛌 bed! Location is perfect. Will definitely come back next time if I come back to Taiwan.
