Highly recommend this property. It was just what we needed at the end of long days out exploring. Amazing service and friendly staff. Whilst a little out of the way from the main suburbs the surrounding area was great for shopping, food and site seeing - we will definately be staying again

When it comes to having lunch or dinner, make a reservation at least a week ahead. I should've realized that for quite a well known hotel, so that's on me. Other than that, I am truly impressed! For sure I'll come again!

Deeply disappointed with our 6 night stay at The Signiel Tower this past week. Absolutely not a 5 star experience, overall very poor value. The room was very small/cramped. Repeatedly tripped over a small table and chair near the foot of the bed during the night because there was no room to maneuver. Service was extremely indifferent and often lacking. Not once was I offered to have baggage taken, to reception, to my room upon arrival or to my awaiting car at departure. There is absolutely no place to sit in the arrival /departure area when you are waiting for a ride. We were turned away from the complimentary “lounge” in the afternoon on two occasions because it was “full” and told they’d call room when there was space - never received a call. Several times turn down service was skipped, as well as the complimentary afternoon snack. Charging for a toothbrush/toothpaste and other bathroom amenities because they supposedly want to be “more green” is ridiculous at a 5 star hotel asking $400+ per night. Fine don’t put out a disposable item, but if a guest calls down and requests a forgotten item, providing one is the standard even at the cheapest of hotels. Housekeeping did a fine job of cleaning the room; although one day we returned at 4:30pm, having been gone since 8am, to find housekeeping just starting to service our room, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to enter our room. Simply a substandard “5-star” experience, will not return nor recommend.

One of the best amenities they had was the Sauna. But it wasn’t included with the room and had to pay extra, unlike last time I stayed there. When it came to using other amenities like the gym, I didn’t know what was included and what wasn’t. Definitely less relaxing than in the past. Spending almost $600/night, I don’t feel it was worth the price. Other amenities like refreshments and snack were still included.

It didn’t feel as clean or polished as I expected for a five-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing. I was also unhappy that the sauna required an additional fee, and that the room wasn’t ready on time. Although they apologized for the delay, I appreciated that they helped upgrade me to a room with a Han River view, and overall I was satisfied with that part even though check-in was a little late. The lounge also had less food than I expected, and they didn’t really have the snacks I like. I could see myself visiting again, but considering the price, I’m not sure if I would choose to stay there again.

Staying at the Signiel Seoul was like a dream amongst the clouds. I stayed 91 floors up, away from the bustle of the city, and enjoyed a gorgeous view. My room was spacious and smartly designed with a soundproofing wall as well as a valet box. All the furnishings, down to the Frette slippers and minibar drinkware, were extremely well curated. Everything that I needed and more was taken care of by the attentive staff. They even assisted me with all of my luggage to the airport limousine. I used their spa twice, their gym twice, as well as their laundry services. The experience for each was the quality you’d expect at a top hotel like this. The staff provided flawless and consistent service. I also dined at the Lounge, at Bar 81, at Stay, and in-room. The quality of both food and service did not disappoint at all of these places. Stay is a Michelin guide restaurant, and the value you get for the quality, service, and vibe is amazing. Surprisingly, this Korean hotel is a great place to find artisanal French fare. If you’re looking for world-class luxury in Korea, definitely stay at the Signiel Seoul. It will be an unforgettable experience!

Horrible because of the staff of the gym spa, would avoid it and go to the four seasons
