When I am traveling in and close to Davao I will “always stay here” because of everything noted. Excellent people, clean cool room, always someone there to answer any question you may have, the grounds and the pool are always being cleaned and a descent breakfast.

The property is absolutely beautiful. I had some confusion in room selection but other than that you will love this hidden gem!!!

The hotel is an old manor villa surrounded by a lovely garden with large, old trees and a nice swimming pool—really cosy. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s also clear that many guests are regulars. Be aware that some of the rooms may feel a bit small, but they are clean and functional. The villa is centrally located and feels like an oasis in the middle of the city’s traffic, and there is surprisingly little noise from the street. The beautiful villa is maintained on an ongoing basis, and there may be some noise from the craftsmen. The breakfast served is typically Filipino; personally, I missed having the option of oatmeal or cornflakes. There is Wi Fi throughout the property, though the quality can vary somewhat, but there are several networks to choose from—if one is down, you can simply move a bit around the garden and find one that works. The Place is absolutely Worth recomendming.

Good breakfast & nice pool; staff very helpful & considerate

I liked the homey atmosphere of the entire place. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Their rates are reasonable and affordable to many, delicious breakfast also included. I will definitely stay here again when coming to Davao. Already recommended the place to family and friends.

Pool was nice. Perfect room

My favorite spot, to stay and rest, everyone is super friendly been going there for 3 years now, for me is a perfect spot and is growing, I will continue going there.
