The overall experience at Casa Lalla was awesome. Our room on the ground floor was fantastic. Bed was comfortable, the mini bar was nice to have and large bathroom. Everything we needed. We also ate at the resturant that was really great too. My only suggestion for the owners, is to add some fans to the rooftop patio. With some air movement, we probably would have spent more time there.

My wife and I spent three nights at Casa Lalla. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We loved dining at the rooftop restaurant. The food was excellent. We took advantage of the spa services and enjoyed our massage. Very affordable. Our room was comfortable. The AC worked great and shower was good. The only criticism was the pool. It’s located in the dining room. We didn’t feel comfortable getting in our swimming suites and using the pool. It was a bit wierd. Otherwise, an excellent stay and we would go back. Thanks to all the delightful staff.

Great
The bathroom was clean . Room could use an update but it was comfortable & clean . The sheets were stained but not dirty & the bed was just right . Breakfast on the other hand was amazing on the first day ( everything was fresh & delicious ) , cold & stale on the second day ( all out in cling film on a table, pancakes were cold )

Great location! BUT, it's hard to find the first time! IF you have a car, be 100% sure of where EXACTLY you're gonna park the car.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff was great, food and dessert were really good. I had a nice Casa Blanca cold beer which was great after walking all day in the heat. Now, read this very careful because it will save you some time and headaches. So hire transportation via the hotel, they will arrange pick up from the airport and they will arrange someone with an old fashioned cart to take you and your luggage all the way to your hotel from a drop off location. They will drive you all the way to the hotel because it’s impossible because of the plaza. The hotel is located inside the Medina within a walking distance maybe 10-15 minutes depending on your health condition but it was actually fun and depending on the time of the day it could get crazy busy and overwhelming but is part of the fun and experience. Once you are at the hotel all the action and souvenir shops are very close which makes a lot easier if you want to take break and go back to your hotel. One more thing, if you are doing a private tour and you are going with children pleeeeeeeease place an AirTag someone on them in the event they get lost. Trust me. Hope this help you but the place was great

Great

A beautiful and very comfortable hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay, and the property is exceptionally clean — from the linens to the bathroom, everything was spotless, and the service was excellent. I would suggest a few improvements: since the hotel knew we were arriving at 1:00 AM, having someone meet us at the entrance of the square would have been a thoughtful touch, especially traveling with a child and luggage. The rooftop is lovely; however, smoking is allowed and the smell travels into the rooms, which can be quite uncomfortable at night. Additionally, I recommended that the chef include a few simple options for children, such as pasta, to make dining easier for families. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great potential to elevate the guest experience even further.

Good

The location is very central. Restaurant was very nice but a bit overpriced for Marrakesh. The rooms were cozy but unfortunately smelled. Mentioned this to the front desk, who kindly provided a candle. There is live music until 1030pm, so if you are jetlagged and would like to rest early, this is a downside. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Staff is very friendly. Front door is locked and you have to ring a bell to be let in. One afternoon, midday, when returning to the hotel, we waited outside for about 2 min to be let in as no one was manning the front desk and we rang the bell continuously.
