Fantastic Staff were very helpful. We had dinner there once and two breakfasts. The food was very good. The weather did not cooperate. However, we traveled to the north side of the Snaefellsnes peninsula and had decent weather there. There is much to see in this area. Its location is very rural; thus, other restaurants, grocery stores, swimming pools, etc. are some distance away.

Great location to explore the peninsula. They were also very accommodating of our really late arrival due to flight changes. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic Clean room, friendly staff, great food. Perfect for the last night of my Iceland trip and I would gladly have stayed longer.

What a wonderful and conveniently located hotel with the added bonus of an attached excellent restaurant and bakery. Even more exceptional was the extra effort they took to mail a forgotten stuffed toy that had been left behind :) Priceless!

GreatStayed with friends
This property is in a great location at a crossroads of exploring the Snaefellsness Peninsula. The staff were so nice and also very helpful, particularly James in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and substantial.
A couple of minor complaints were that the bathroom shower drain and extremely high shower curtain did not keep the bathroom floor dry. And our room was quite a distance from the parking.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Fantastic room allocation and continental breakfast.
Decor in room was fresh and clean.
Food and service in restaurant was great.
Scenic location with free parking.
Please Note: Good Wi-Fi but due to it's remote location there is no national TV reception and you can only use the TV with a smart phone and/or with a subscription plan.

FantasticStayed with friends
Hotel staff who oriented us to our room was charming. The room was clean but quite hot with the sun of the season and the heated floors. Would have liked a fan. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I liked the rainbow flag and show of support to gay couples.
