The well-being and comfort of all our guests is very important to us; that is why it is of the utmost importance that you carefully read the house rules of the property: 1. A Security deposit of EUR400 shall be collected via Credit Cards/Debit Cards at the time of check-in. We will process the deposit refund within 14 working days.2. On arrival you will have to pay the tourist tax of 10,45€ € per night per person, which may vary according to the mandates of the government of Catalonia. This amount is never included in the payments of reservation.3. Please note that arrivals after 20:00 carry a surcharge of €50. Check-in before 15:00 is available upon request and carries a surcharge of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. 4. High Chair, Travel Crib, Crib or Baby Cot: 20€/night/item. :- Smoking is not allowed.:- Children up to and including 2 years old can stay for free.:- Pets are allowed on request(30€/night additiional cost).:- Parties/events are not allowed.:- Quiet hours are between 20:00 and 08:00.:- We inform you that we provide bed linen and towels for all guests, but we do not provide amenities such as Salt, Pepper, Suger, oil and paper towels.:- It is not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of guests indicated in the reservation. :- It is mandatory to respect the quiet hours: Monday to Friday from 20:00h to 09:00h and Saturdays and Sundays from 22:00h to 10:00h.:- If your apartment has a terrace and/or swimming pool, please note that it is not allowed to use them from 20:00h to 08:00h.:- Towels/bedsheets are for in-house use only.IMPORTANT: Please note that the owner of the apartment has the right to evict your group, if the neighbours complain about noise coming from the apartment you have rented. In such cases, the owner may ask you to leave the apartment at any time.
