GreatStayed with kids
The beds were low and hard. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The lunch was terrible. Most of the staff were helpful.

GreatSolo stay
Overnight stay was decent for a last minute reservation, and the in-hotel restaurant is good, but instead of the belgian waffle, yogurt and assorted fruit for my in-room breakfast order I received three tiny cold silver dollar pancakes.

GoodStayed with family
The location was great…a walk to St. Peter’s Square, the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Close to the Metro for everything else
The Hotel was small and disappointing…the room was small and certain areas were dusty. It felt like one step up from a Hostel and was attached to a church. It didn’t look like the pictures at all. But, we were only staying 2 nights pre-cruise, so we dealt with it. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and the same each day. Some items were strange. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, except for one guy (mostly worked at night and had bangs, don’t know his name) but he was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. If we ever went back to Rome, we would try someplace else.
