FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
The hotel experience was awesome and the staff could not have been nicer. Beautiful lobby with garden view and appreciated the welcome drink from the bar.
The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Decoration was truly Japanese, with tatami mats and sliding doors. The room provided appropriate clothing for the onsens…yukata, obi, sandals etc. The onsen was modern, spotless and spacious, with both inside and outdoors areas, the later made of large rocks.
The shuttle service to other onsen areas and to and from the train station was an added plus.

The Japanese style room was phenomenal. The private onsen was wonderful and a great deal too. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very energetic too. We have travelled overseas a lot over the last two decades, and this was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Kinosaki Onsen. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—truly some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and thoughtful.
The food was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and full of flavor, easily one of the highlights of the stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly designed in a traditional style, which really added to the overall experience. Everything was spotless and well-prepared.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfectly in tune with the atmosphere of Kinosaki Onsen.

GreatStayed with kids
Kinosaki is an amazing place to visit. Nishimuraya is one of the further away properties from town but super accessible via regular shuttle or walking. We had an overall amazing experience. The room size was extremely generous and we enjoyed the traditional Japanese style of the room. The buffet breakfast was decent and the public onsen was good. The highlight was the Private onsen which was an additional charge but worth every dollar absolutely stunning

Great This is our second time at this hotel. The only disappointment is the buffet breakfast. Food was just okay, nothing special, no fresh omelets. Last year we had private dining in our room which was special, this year in a private dining room. The dinners were very good and well presented. I asked for their special sake as an aperitif and they served for every dinner. Their onsen had a hot tub, large pool and outdoor pool and afterwards had several free drinks . Their staff is very kind and we especially liked Ming , our waitress during the private dinners. This hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to town , or train station. We enjoyed our stay.
