Good location and close to the bus stop and restaurants, but away from the busy road so nice and quiet.
It was good to stay in a traditional inn, but as a middle-aged westerner used to sleeping in a comfortable bed, I struggled a bit with the hardness of sleeping on the floor. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

We are only here for one night to see the Palace. But this cute little place is right next to the Main Street with tons of amazing restaurants around. It’s a quick 4 mins Uber to the Palace.

Nice experience in a traditional hanok. If you don't expect comfy beds, then you'll be fine. The room is quite bare – TV, aircon, mattresses, not even a chair to sit on but that's probably the charm of a hanok.

It’s a Hanok so you sleep on the floor, that’s the idea. The room was a bit tired though and the walls are thin so hope you don’t get noisy neighbours.

The room was as I had expected and hoped. It was very clean and simple. I doubled up the mat and used the extra comforter as part of the mattress and slept very comfortably.
What I was surprised about was that there was absolutely no staff. It was completely self service. I think had I realized this, I would have been less disconcerted by the fact.

Great place about 15 minutes walking from the museum, Wolji pond, Cheomseongdae observatory, and the famous lighted bridge. Also, on the streets near Cheomseongdae observatory park are filled with great eating. From Guest House to observatory or lighted bridge: 3500 won for taxi. From the KTX station to the guest house: 15850 won.
Room:
The sleeping mats are thin and your hips hurt if you're an American over 40. If you can sleep on two, it's okay. Nice hot shower! Peaceful courtyard with a picnic table. Toast and orange juice for breakfast. Pick up some treats or eggs at the 7/11 or G25 across the street. McDonald's is across the main street, if you get desperate!
