Below average Avoid like the plague. I’ve stayed in all levels of accommodation, so I’m not precious but this was single handedly the worst accommodation I have ever booked. Room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website, the supposedly‘Classic Double Room’ had the tiniest bed barely big enough for 1 person. No staff on site and they didn’t answer when calling the only phone number available. I question the validity of the other reviews of this accommodation, just plain awful. I will be reading a chargeback with my card provider, absolutely appalling accommodation. I’d booked for my late teenage children, they stayed 15 minutes and I booked elsewhere as no response from accommodation. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

FantasticSolo stay
It was a very clean and nice place, easy to get to and easy to get to the centre of London. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic The only thing i didn't like was that it was a shared bathroom style as there wasn't a toilet/bathroom in my room. However, there were 3 bathrooms to choose from so even if one was occupied, another would be free. Otherwise it was a nice place, the lady that checked me in was polite, cheerful and helpful. My bike had a good, safe space to be kept for the duration of stay, and there was a convenience store just across rhe Street. Well done to them

GoodStayed with partner
Room 1 is rather small with a small double bed which dips in the middle. The room is basic but with everything you need for 1-2 nights. The shared bathrooms were clean but regularly in use. Would be much better if the rooms had a basin. Overall a good stay for the price. The location is also great and felt safe at night. The price is set about right for the room. Check in was easy with a friendly staff member.

GoodSolo stay
Shared bathrooms are extremely clean. Staff is very nice. Property is worn and street noise from street vendors can be bad, particularly Sunday AM prior to clothing street market.

GreatStayed with partner
The location was near Whitechapel with a few markets in the area which was nice. The room was to our standard, no complaints. The two items that we found were not up to our standard as a couple was the amount of outside noise coming from the street, but keep in mind this is London so you'll get noise from most areas. The other was the access to bathrooms and showers. This is definitely more of a european "hostel" feel. The bathrooms were all on each floor but because there are so many rooms, all bathrooms were single and being used at various times. Also the top floor shower didn't work so there were 3 showers total for about 20 rooms. Service and location were good.
