They serve free ramen or ice cream every day from 8-10 and it was extremely convenient getting back from a day of exploring and having that option at the hotel instead of having to look for food.

Stayed with family

The hotel is well maintained and pretty new, 5-min walking from the trian station. The room is very clean but a little small. The hotel offers free ice cream or ramen every night. It is in the area with lot of restaurants and the famous castle is about 20 mins by walking.

Loved the staff, the customer service was great. However the bed was very very uncomfortable. If you need a bed with more cushion this isn’t the place for you. However, the location was close to Matsumoto station and the restaurants around the hotel were awesome!
