The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. The villa was comfortable and going around the property to see the animals was a fun experience. If you were to spend the night I suggest you bring food, drinks and ice to avoid having to leave your villa.

The property itself was very unique and I love the animals that walk around freely and friendly, staff were amazing. However food were not so much. Over all it was excellent.
