Good
Paid for two nights but couldn’t make it to the hotel. No refund. It is on their page stating no refunds so it is no wonder the hotel was a better price than places that offer refunds. Sometimes flights get delayed due to no fault of our own so it was a learning experience for sure.

The only inconvenience was how small the rooms are. There was not much space in between the beds or in the bathroom, but overall, not bad for a short stay.

The hotel is locate in the industrial area of Tokyo too far from the city centre. The room and washroom are too small and too old and in poor condition. The pictures are deceiving as the property is old,
