Location was good, but there was heater issue, and the front desk was not readily available to resolve. Otherwise, the stay was ok.

Got there late and no one was there ... but my name was on the envelope with my key When I checked out the help was wonderful I only stayed 2 nights, both were wonderful .... clean and close to everything

Budget Hotel/Hostel Off street parking (Free) good. Big hill between Hotel and town. No elevators to upstairs units. Still not bad for price point in Queenstown.
