Very beautiful location and a nice property. The staff are so sincere and helpful, but the hotel is extremely over priced for what it actually is. They are charging Ritz-Carlton pricing for a Hilton experience.

A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course.

The room cleanliness and hotel service were excellent. However, the room aircon was not strong, managed to get the Technician to adjust for us. If the room comes with complimentary minibar will be a bonus point (it is quite common for a luxury hotel).
