When we arrived, the staff were only strangers, by time we left, they were like family. I cant recommend this hotel high enough. Every box was ticked 5 star, friendliness, location, cost, cleanliness, we had the best stay...Thank you.

The place is pretty out dated and ghetto looking. The "pool" they show is in the middle of the lobby- not much of a pool, rather a fountain. Rooms were cute and a tiny balcony for air so you can open your doors. There is no AC in the hallway in the rooms, but the AC in the rooms work. The floors a cutely decorated.

Solo stay

The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, my room had an awful smell end up buying air fresheners as was only in there for one night if you like a rock hard bed this is for you it’s very uncomfortable. Later found the room covered in mould.

For business

The building is older, but beautiful inside and in a great location for shopping in the Siam area. But it's the amazing staff that makes this place truly special. Friendly and generous, and extremely helpful if you are new to Thailand. Don't miss your chance to stay at this gem.
